Frequently asked questions
How do the rates and outlooks work?
Spot rates come from the European Central Bank’s daily reference feed, with extended keyed coverage on the Pro rail; yields come from official government sources; and the AI trend outlooks are computed on our servers from that same data. The full detail is on our Methodology page.
Is CertusFX really free?
Yes — the converter, the majors boards, charts, one rate alert and personalization are free, no account needed. Pro unlocks 160 currencies, the yields dashboard, AI trends, unlimited alerts and exports.
How do Pro passes work?
A pass is a one-time purchase in the mobile app: it grants Pro for a fixed period and simply ends when the term is up — nothing continues and nothing is charged again. Buying another pass while one is active extends your remaining time.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email support@nestcalc.ai from your account email and we will delete your account and personal data within 30 days. The full steps are on our Delete data page.
What data do you collect?
Only what is needed — an email and encrypted password if you create an optional account, and your Pro status if you buy a pass. Preferences and watchlists stay on your device. The iOS and Android apps send crash reports and basic usage statistics to Google Firebase, never with your name, email or account ID. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy.
